Diamond Hands Moving went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a moving company. Eli was very helpful from the first inquiry call, to rescheduling more than once, to finally helping my son move out of his apartment in Brooklyn on short notice. Everything was packed and removed on time for the final walk-through. My son chose to use Diamond Hands Storage to keep everything secure while he returned to California for a few months. It was very convenient to have a moving company that could also store his belongings. You just have to make one call and get all the service you need, from packing, to moving, to storage. WOW, Where do I start? I needed a last-minute move because my apartment was on fire. Diamond Hands Moving came to the rescue, and four professional movers showed up to help. The guys were professional and quick. They quickly and safely disassembled my furniture, wrapped it in new blankets and covered my floor in protective Masonite. I don't know how the movers took my furniture down 6 flights of stairs without a struggle. My art pieces were crated, boxed, and loaded on the truck. When we arrived at my parents' house, all my furniture was brought in and assembled, TVs mounted, art pieces hung without a hiccup. We moved last weekend and let me be honest, we were probably what could be described as a nightmare client. We were late, we changed our date at the last minute, we didn't communicate well, we needed more boxes at the last minute, we have A LOT of stuff... we were a mess. Abdul and his crew brought the thunder and they did it with a smile. So patient, so hard working, (did I mention it was HOT that day? SO HOT!), flexible, smiling, gentle with our things and yet speedy. They arrived on time and we were moved in the time allotted. I asked for many quotes, and Diamond Hands was not the cheapest, but I had a good feeling about them and I was right! They were great! You should definitely hire them. They were incredible. So sweet, kind, and didn’t let me lift a finger. They put everything exactly where I wanted. They went above on beyond. When they put furniture in a place I asked them and then I felt like it didn’t look right they patiently worked with me and even guided me as to where the furniture would look best. They put all the boxes in the room that I wanted and not only that, they kept moving it around to place it in a specific area of the room even after they already put them in their designated rooms. They disassembled, packaged, and reassembled the furniture amazingly and really were super gentle. I really appreciate them very much and honestly enjoyed the moving process because of them. i hired Diamond Hands moving just about a week ago. I am writing a review now because me and my wife just finished unpacking everything. We moved from NY to Philly. Movers arrived 15 minutes early, took care of absolutely everythibg. There were some items that we did not even get to pack and they helped with literally no complains and headache. We moved 2 br apt and it took just about few hours to load everything in the truck and get going. They wrapped my mirror so well it took me few minutes to unpack it. Most important thing about the move was how relaxed everything was . I have hired few large companies before and it was always a trouble. This time it was as if i just got few of my friends to move me. It was fun and positive new beggining. i would highly reccomend Diamond Hands moving. Amazing crew and management as well. ~ Rezz Z

Diamond Hands Moving & Storage provided my best move ever. I have been raving about them ever since. The movers showed up on time (actually 10 minutes early). They were friendly, efficient and helpful. They provided two extra wardrobe boxes free of charge and were great about moving all the products. I had been nervous about our sectional sofa which had been very hard to get IN the apartment but they were able to take it out with minimal effort. The move was complicated by a huge sudden downpour, but even with that, they still finished early. They waited out the rain right outside so our items wouldn't get wet and then got everything and arranged the way we wanted it. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a last minute scheduling and they arranged everything super quick and efficient at very reasonable price. Sales and movers are such nice and reliable people, not only did they show up on time and did a great job packing and carrying my stuff, they also treated me like friend. The entire move was so easy and I feel like I was taken care of so well. Unlike a lot of bigger name moving companies who cancel or reschedule and don’t care about customers at all only about profits. We just had a somewhat complicated move split to storage and our apartment from my old place and it went so smoothly. I’ve had movers in the past who were not great and slow and not helpful but AB , John and Salikh (apologies if i’ve messed up the names) were so helpful and personable and quick!!! Not going to lie, best move experience i’ve had and i’ve moved so so many times in the last ten years and a majority of that has been in NYC. they had to even move out of my third floor walk up with actual crooked narrow fun house type stairs and handled it like champs. They offered to hang stuff for me and unwrap things and all the stuff to help me out without me asking, that other movers have not done in the past. Honestly, so professional!!! Five stars, great service. Also, the sales manager, Eli, and the person answering Yelp, Ellyor, were super quick to respond and so helpful. I used Diamond Hands to complete two moves - one from the Bronx to a storage facility and then from the storage facility to a new place in Brooklyn. For both moves, the crew were punctual, responsive, and took genuine care to meet the requirements by the building locations for move-ins and move-outs. The crew consistently kept pace so as to complete the moves timely and were knowledgeable in the disassembly and reassembly of items. I was very impressed by their professional character, clean and professional equipment that they self-supplied, and courteousness. When it was discovered that I had accidentally lost a few screws for the reassembly of some items during the move, they were kind enough to take it upon themselves to substitute the materials and finish reassembly the same day. I am very grateful for their service in protecting all of my belongings and making my moves less stressful. If I need to move again, I would absolutely use Diamond Hands. ~ Andrew A

I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They showed up on time and they were polite, kind, trustworthy, and careful with my things. When I was unpacking a week later and couldn't find something I called them and they remembered which room they had put it in - and I found it there. They packed and unpacked the closet, the bed and the dresser so that I had an orderly, unpacked bedroom to sleep in five minutes after they left. They were priced reasonably too. This is probably the best moving and set-up experience I have ever had. I was furnishing a 2 br / 1 ba apartment in Manhattan. I had all my furniture shipped to Diamond Hands for storage. And then in one day Adam and his partner moved in everything and set everything up. This included laying down rugs, assembling furniture, hanging up multiple pieces of wall art, installing curtains etc. They worked tirelessly from 9 am - 8 pm to get the job done. I had a great crew that came to my apartment to move some things into a storage unit and other items to a relatives' house. This wasn't a planned move and the entire crew was professional, helpful and knowledgeable about all things related to the move. I would definitely request to have the same crew assist me when I move from my relatives home when they recover from medicl issues back into my own apartment. Best experience in moving. They came on time, followed all the building instructions and started working. They packed everything carefully and after a long ride in traffic they assembled everything with a lot of care. They started with a fair reasonable quote and they included the COI, assembly, wardrobe boxes.....all at no additional charge. Best moving experience I’ve had! These guys showed up on time and had everything in the truck so quickly! I had a few very heavy items and they were handled with no problem! They were very careful with my items and wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped. The owner even checked in with me during the move. Let me tell you about diamond hands, from the start we were blown away by their punctuality compared to other moving companies we’ve used prior.
